Reduce File Size

When you are editing your image you will most likely want to have it set at 24-bit (16 million colors). Once you are finished creating your image you don't need all those colors. So how do you change it? Follow these steps to reduce the number of bits (colors) in your image, and at the same time reduce your file size:

COLORS
Decrease Color Depth
Select either:
2 colors (1 bit)
16 colors (4 bit)
256 colors (8 bit)
32k colors (15 bit)
64k colors (16 bit)

Warning: When you reduce the number of bits in your image, you will also loose some detail.
